The C.H.A. is a lead body for Standards and a Regulatory body for Healer Practitioners. As a Healing Regulatory Body our aim is to Promote and Protect Professional Standards in the Field of Spiritual Healing and to ensure that its Members adhere to the Highest Possible Standards of Training, and Practice. To Protect the Public, Instil Confidence and ensure safe, appropriate and effective practise of Spiritual Healing by it’s Members. To meet these aims the C.H.A has created and maintains a Practitioner Register.
The principle aim of C.H.A. is "The promotion and advancement of Spiritual Healing". There is a 'Code of Conduct and a Complaints and Disciplinary Procedure' that comprehensively covers healing practice and ensures that high standards are maintained in all C.H.A. Healing Associations. All C.H.A. Approved Organisation Healers are fully insured to heal the public in the UK, including animal patients.
The philosophy of our Healing Association is non-denominational but with the acceptance that healing energies are directed by Higher Intelligence - the source to which our Healers attune themselves when giving the healing service. However it is Love for nature and our fellow man, developed by the self-cultivation of compassionate being, that motivates us to hopefully bring easement and relief from pain and suffering, with an improved quality of life for all who seek help.
Associate Membership of the Complementary Healing Association is open to Spiritual Healing groups and Individual Healers that can satisfy the criteria for membership and are willing to accept and follow the C.H.A. Code of Conduct and the Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures and its Constitution.
The C.H.A. is a voluntary organisation comprising officers and trustees, the majority of whom are Healers, meeting as required to carry out the work of the charity. The Complementary Healing Association is a not-for-profit self regulating organisation whose primary aim is to Define, Promote and Protect Excellence in the Field of Spiritual and Holistic Work and to ensure that all its members adhere to the highest possible standards. Like the Spiritual workers Association Its secondary aim is to create an informed and educated public to reduce vulnerability to deceptive practices by those who are fraudulent.
All spiritual and holistic workers need to have a recognised voice and the best way to achieve this is to work together and become our own governing body. We are proud to be spiritual and holistic workers.
The Complementary Healing Association is a memberof BAHA that is hoping to bring spiritual organisations and independents together to form a governing body.
This is our opportunity to help change the face of spiritual and holistic work in the UK, to afford us the respect we deserve and to ensure we are a force to be reckoned with.
Membership is open to all spiritual and holistic workers and spiritual and holistic groups, both in the UK and the world, who are happy to abide by the Complementary Healing Association standards. Please see Membership page for details
